"The body is my temple, my poses are my prayers" --- B.K.S. Iyengar
The Namaste Pacific Yoga 200-Hour Teacher Training begins on March 5, 2016 and runs through April 24, 2016.
So far, Yoga has had a life-changing effect on our lives, but we know there is more. And we want to not only know what it is, we want to experience it.
Why do we signup for a Teacher Training immersion? Yes, some of us do have in mind that we might someday decide to pass on this blessing that has changed our lives and teach Yoga. But the real reason is because we are passionate about Yoga.
Yoga is that powerful life-changing force that is thousands of years old and has been passed down from teacher to student, and we want to be a part of that flow. There is a passion inside us that has been ignited by Yoga and we want to experience more. We expect a life changing journey.
The Namaste Pacific Yoga Teacher Training is an in-depth study of Yoga Asana, Sanskrit, Chanting, Pranayama, Philosophy, Nutrition, Kirtan and the Karma Yoga practice of sharing and teaching Yoga to others.
This is an 8 week program beginning March 5, 2016 and running through April 24, 2016. Classes are on weekends, Saturday & Sunday afternoons. An Unlimited Membership to the studio for the duration of the 8 week program is included in the cost program, including all workshops at the studio during this time.
"One of the biggest misconceptions we have is that of not realizing that all our actions are divine. The world would be incomplete without not only your strengths, but your weaknesses also." --- Chris van der Merwe
